Reception Position: Day/Evening/Weekend Shifts

Individuals should be results oriented, team oriented, and believe clients are "Number One". Individuals should be positive, upbeat, and friendly to deal with our widely diverse clientele. We are looking for individuals who believe in DanceSport and are excited about what we offer.

We are looking for individuals who possess:

Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Excellent communication & people skills
Above average computer skills( MS office, database exp. preferred)
Ability to handle a fast-paced/high volume environment
Attention to detail
Anticipates problems and looks for solutions in advance
Sales experience preferred
Willing to go the extra mile

Dance Instructor:

We are looking for individuals who like people, are client focused and capable of adapting to many different types of people. This person should be a team player and be open-minded. This individual must think and behave like a true professional and want to make a full-time living as a dance teacher. This individual must be goal oriented and desire to continue expanding their skills to continue to grow as a teacher. This person must believe in going above and beyond the call of duty and be enthusiastic and positive.

We are looking for individuals who possess:

Excellent dance skills
Excellent teaching skills
Ability to inspire students to begin dancing and continue dancing
Able to goal orient students and meet the individual needs of each student
